As a primary care physician, he is dedicated to educating you on the mechanics of your body and how its different systems work together.

Let me tell you a story.

'Athletics has always been a big part of my life. I competed in Olympic weightlifting and was eighth in my weight class at the US Nationals. In 1996 I was benched by a serious low-back injury. I dragged myself to lots of traditional doctors and therapists trying to get relief from the excruciating pain, but I wasn't getting better. After two months of searching and frustration, I came across a Doctor of Chiropractic who got me back on my feet in less than a week. I went on to become a two-time collegiate national champion in 1997 and 1998. I owe a great deal to him for my athletic accomplishments; he kept my body balanced and after that, I rarely got hurt or even ill.'

This is Dr. Duben's story. When you walk through his door, you can be sure that he identifies with your desire to regain health, balance, and peace of mind.

    Blockages transmit incorrect signals

Your body functions as a complete system. When one part of your system is not working properly, it creates blockages that lead your brain to transmit incorrect signals to your body, causing pain, discomfort and other disturbances. Mental or emotional stress or unhealthy foods such as hydrogenated oils or aspartame can disrupt the flow of information from your brain, with the same results.

    Applied Kinesiology identifies imbalances

Dr. Duben uses the gentle touch of Applied Kinesiology to identify where your system is out of balance. Then he adjusts your body and optimizes your nutrition to redirect information to the right place so that you can regain balance.
He firmly believes that many health problems can be treated through nutrition, supplementation, and holistic healing. From organic food to vitamins to an overall healthy lifestyle, Dr. Duben walks his talk. That’s what he models to his patients. He will accept only the best for you.
